BreathInU remains a simple iOS application where you select a flow, press start, and follow the guidance. You can choose slow breathing if you want to calm your mind or a stretching exercise if you need to release tension.
Now Available With a Journal Feature
A new journal tab has been added to the bottom bar. It helps you keep track of your sessions and reflect on how your breathing or stretching routines make you feel. Notes, patterns, and small reflections can help you understand what works best for your day.
The journal is optional, but many users find that writing down a few lines increases motivation and creates a sense of continuity in their practice.
